The opera house is considered the best-preserved theater of its time and has ther­e­fore been on the elite list of UNESCO World Heri­tage Sites since 2012. Since spring 2023, the high­light of Baroque archi­tec­ture has also delighted visi­tors with its modern museum and visitor center. Through nume­rous inter­ac­tive stations, the history of the house can be expe­ri­enced barrier-free and with all senses.
