Bayreuth Marke­ting & Tourismus GmbH, toge­ther with the retailers of the city centre, the Rotmain-Center, the Christ­kind­les­markt and the Winter­dorf, invites to this event every year at the begin­ning of December. You can shop and expe­ri­ence until 10 p. m. at the late night shop­ping.

Fran­co­nian Christmas trees along the chain of lights give Bayreuth´s city centre a Christmas atmo­sphere every year, which you can enjoy while shop­ping late night. Retailers, restau­rants and service provi­ders deco­rate the trees indi­vi­du­ally and lovingly and make the city shine even more festive.

During your shop­ping tour, look forward to indi­vi­dual advice, culinary high­lights and be inspired by the lovingly deco­rated shop windows. This makes shop­ping in Bayreuth a special expe­ri­ence.

Twice a year, the night watchman calls for a tour of the city centre and tells funny, scary, exci­ting and histo­rical things about Bayreuth. It starts at the castle tower in the Harmo­niehof.
