About the prize

The German Design Award is one of the most reco­gnized design compe­ti­tions and enjoys a high repu­ta­tion far beyond profes­sional circles. This prize has set itself the goal of disco­ve­ring, presen­ting and hono­ring unique design trends. Every year, top-class submis­sions from the fields of product and commu­ni­ca­tion design that are ground­brea­king in their own way in the inter­na­tional design land­scape are awarded prizes.

The offi­cial presen­ta­tion of the prize will take place at an award show in Frank­furt in January 2024.

About the museum

The new exhi­bi­tion about the Margra­vial Opera House and Baroque festival and theatre culture invites visi­tors of all ages to parti­ci­pate actively: A fun expe­ri­ence for ever­yone of an inqui­ring mind!
