Camper place

For travelers with a camper, Bayreuth offers a very special service. A camper place, directly in nature and close to the Bayreuth thermal spring.

It is possible to use the paying parking spaces with supply and disposal next to the thermal spring. During opening hours the sani­tary faci­li­ties can be used for a small fee. The Bistro at the Lohen­grin thermal spring, is opened daily from 10 Am to 9 PM.

The bus line 303, leaves every 30 minutes, directly from the camper place, to the down­town area of Bayreuth where many retail stores entice shop­ping and attrac­tions from diffe­rent eras can be visited. There are also various large and small grocery stores

The surroun­dings of the Lohen­grin thermal spring invite to explore and linger. The beau­tiful country side of the Fich­tel­ge­birge and the Fran­co­nian Switz­er­land, as well as the Eremi­tage, with its historic parks, are always worth a visit. The golf course at Roders­berg and the AOK Nordic-walking- trail await sports minded people. In addi­tion there are nume­rous restau­rants and other culinary places like special butchery stores, brewe­ries and pastry shops, which also await to be discovered.

Parking is limited to three weeks. A new use of the camper place is ther­e­fore possible only after three weeks.
